Blessing Vacation – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Blessing Vacation! By booking a tour or service with us, you (the “Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Blessing Vacation. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as those of Blessing Vacation.
1. Definitions
1.1. “Client” or “Customer”: The person or persons listed on the booking and who participate in the tour organized by Blessing Vacation.
1.2. “Blessing Vacation”: Refers to the travel agency providing the tour or service.
1.3. “Tour” or “Service”: Any package, excursion, or service provided by Blessing Vacation, including but not limited to snorkeling tours, Instagram photo tours, zoo visits, or other activities.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the deposit or the full amount (as specified in the booking terms) and receipt of a confirmation from Blessing Vacation. Bookings are made subject to availability and are only guaranteed upon confirmation.
2.2. Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of [XX]% of the total tour price may be required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
2.3. Payment Terms: Full payment must be completed by the date specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to provide full payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
2.4. Accepted Payment Methods: Blessing Vacation accepts payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website or communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus deposit, if non-refundable).
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost is refundable.
- 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued.
3.2. Changes by the Client: Any request to change or reschedule a confirmed booking must be made in writing and may be subject to an additional administrative fee. Blessing Vacation will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee availability.
3.3. Cancellation by Blessing Vacation: If Blessing Vacation must cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, safety concerns, government restrictions), the Client will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date. Blessing Vacation is not liable for costs incurred by the Client due to cancellation (e.g., airfare, accommodation costs).
3.4. Force Majeure: Blessing Vacation shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other “force majeure” events. In these cases, Blessing Vacation will work with the Client to reschedule the tour or offer credits when possible.
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1. Right to Alter Itinerary: Blessing Vacation reserves the right to modify itineraries, activities, or accommodations as necessary due to weather conditions, safety issues, or operational considerations. Every effort will be made to maintain the scheduled itinerary, and any changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.
4.2. Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes to the itinerary by the Client are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Pricing and Inclusions
5.1. Pricing Policy: Prices listed by Blessing Vacation are accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or other factors beyond our control.
5.2. Inclusions: Tour prices include only the items listed in the tour description, such as transportation, accommodations, meals, and entrance fees.
5.3. Exclusions: The tour price does not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visas, airfare, additional meals, or optional activities unless specified in the tour details.
6. Client Responsibilities and Behavior
6.1. Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, Blessing Vacation staff, and locals. Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate may result in the Client’s removal from the tour without refund.
6.2. Health and Fitness: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical health to participate in the chosen tour or activity. Any existing medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed to Blessing Vacation at the time of booking.
6.3. Compliance with Laws: Clients must adhere to the laws of the countries they visit and follow any instructions given by local authorities or Blessing Vacation staff.
6.4. Travel Documents: The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates, etc.) for the duration of the tour. Blessing Vacation is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to insufficient documentation.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1. Liability Limitations: Blessing Vacation shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from events outside of its control, including but not limited to accidents, theft, delays, or third-party negligence.
7.2. Mandatory Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and loss of personal belongings. Blessing Vacation will not be liable for any claims that would otherwise be covered by insurance.
7.3. Third-Party Providers: Blessing Vacation may engage third-party suppliers (e.g., transportation, guides, accommodation) to provide services. While we make every effort to select reputable providers, Blessing Vacation is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
8. Photo and Video Release
8.1. Consent: By participating in a tour with Blessing Vacation, the Client consents to photography and videography during the tour. These images and videos may be used by Blessing Vacation for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation. Clients who do not wish to be photographed must notify Blessing Vacation in advance.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Data Collection: Blessing Vacation collects and uses personal data solely for the purpose of providing tour services, including booking, communication, and customer support. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., to third-party suppliers).
9.2. Client Rights: Clients have the right to access and request correction or deletion of their personal information in compliance with local privacy laws.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region].
10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mediation. Failing that, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Location].
